Nothing is more satisfying to a chef than launching a new product. The amount of time and attention that are required can be significant. That first day, where the orders are in and tension is high and expectations even higher. All the excitement of that first run. That's what I love about being a food developer, the end results are so satisfying.  The client’s success is my success. 

A Note from Jennifer: 

I started My food service career in 1996, after graduating from Johnson & Wales University in RI. I have worked as a food developer since 2005.   I am so appreciative of all the companies that have trusted me to develop their products, their vision. Creating products for companies like Williams Sonoma, Trader Joes, Delta airlines and many more.  I am creating a place in the world to help those people with amazing passion and inspiration achieve their dreams, their vision.  I am 100% involved in the creation of your vision.

How does this work? 

You are the visionary. I am the creative. That's the process in its simplest form.  Through emails and meetings, we discuss what your vision is, as soon as we agree on the direction I will begin the work.

What is the scope of Service available? 

The services include most of the leg work for developing a new product line. Including formulation, ingredient identification, spec sheet, I can offer water activity testing, nutritional panels and 100 g reports of your formula throughout the process. I will hand off formulations and instructions to manufacture of your choice, or though my referral.  Once the product is developed my part of the process is completed.
